By engaging our services, purchasing our digital programs, or securing our event coordination and wedding planning services, you agree to the terms outlined in this binding agreement. Due to the highly specialized, time-intensive, and exclusive nature of our digital products, consulting services, and full-service wedding planning, Aleris Weddings enforces a strict and comprehensive no-refund policy. We urge all clients to thoroughly review their selections, proposals, and scheduled commitments prior to submitting payment, as all sales are considered final immediately upon execution of the transaction.

For all digital programs, templates, guides, and downloadable content purchased through our online store, all sales are categorically final. Because these digital assets are delivered instantly and can be accessed, downloaded, or consumed immediately upon purchase, they are inherently exempt from returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Aleris Weddings does not offer money-back guarantees, credits, or cancellations for any digital products, regardless of whether the files have been opened, downloaded, or utilized by the purchaser. By completing the checkout process for a digital program, you expressly acknowledge the immediate delivery of the product and waive any right to a refund.

Aleris Weddings provides expert wedding planning consulting services that require significant preliminary preparation and the exclusive reservation of our time. When you book a consulting session or purchase a consulting package, you are paying for our dedicated expertise, industry knowledge, and the reservation of a specific calendar slot that is thereby made unavailable to other prospective clients. Consequently, all fees paid for consulting services are strictly non-refundable. While we may, at our sole discretion, permit the rescheduling of a consulting session with adequate advance notice, under no circumstances will a cancellation, failure to attend, or change of mind result in a refund of consulting fees already remitted.

For our full-service wedding planning, design, and coordination packages, Aleris Weddings commits extensive resources, personnel, and time months or even years in advance of the event date. When you retain Aleris Weddings for full-service planning, you are entering into a binding financial commitment for the total agreed-upon project amount. Initial retainers and deposit payments are strictly non-refundable and serve to secure your date, blocking it from other potential clients, and compensating for the immediate commencement of our work. Furthermore, the total remaining balance outlined in your specific client agreement, proposal, or invoice must be paid in full regardless of event cancellation, postponement, change of heart, or termination of the event by the client. The extensive preliminary labor, vendor negotiations, intellectual property shared, and exclusive calendar blocking inherent in full-service planning dictate that Aleris Weddings will not issue refunds for any partial or full payments made. The client remains legally obligated to satisfy the full financial commitment originally agreed upon at the time of booking.

To maintain the integrity of our financial operations and protect our merchant standing, Aleris Weddings maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegitimate credit card chargebacks or payment disputes. By completing a purchase or paying an invoice, you agree that you will not issue a chargeback or dispute the charges with your bank or credit card provider for any digital product, consulting fee, or full-service planning payment. In the event that a chargeback is initiated in violation of this policy, Aleris Weddings reserves the right to immediately suspend all ongoing services, terminate access to digital platforms, cancel event coordination, and pursue the full disputed amount. We also reserve the right to seek recovery of any associated bank fees, dispute resolution fees, legal fees, or collection costs through formal legal action or third-party collection agencies.
